MessageUpon passage of this bill, it will be be forwarded to the President for assent to form a new government and cabinet under section 1 and 2 of the Cabinet Amendment Act http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=525275

This new government mandate will implement the following:

(1) Creation of new RP law pertaining to declaration of war

(2) The nomination of a Nation Master for Malivia

(3) Establishment of new bilateral treaties with states such as Istalia and surrounding AU states

(6) Local Government reform

(7) Pension Reform

(8) Welfare Reform
