Message	OOC: The law regarding cabinet proposals is unhelpful in this type of situation. For the sake of ease and simplicity I'd have suggested a national government for the remaining three years but that isn't possible because only the president can propose cabinets.

Message	OOC: I think I will vote in favor. I know, there are bill that they are about to pass, but at the same time, I think, as already said, that these bills are quite "illegittime": they are passing thanks to the defection of the largest party (which already in the past voted against most part of the proposals) and one of the main proposer of most part of the bills (PCI) is now no more active.
