Message | Members of the Senate We can agree with article 2. Though article one goes to far. Seperation of Powers is very important to Parti Socialist. In our view the "Trias Politica" principle should always be followed. Executive powers should not interfere with judiciary power. That's why we will vote against this bill. Thank you |

Premier Ministre, Article 1 of this bill is important as the only other options are to allow review for "grave procedural errors" (which is too restrictive) or else "all can appeal" (which will bring hundreds of thousands of cases up for review, many of which will be wasting the courts' time).
