| WORK IN PROGRESS Article 1. This Act confirms that the Voivodeships (Wojew贸dztwo) are the highest level of administrative subdivision entities in the Republic of Valruzia (Rzeczpospolita Walruzyjska) Article 2. The Voivode (Wojewoda) shall be appointed in each Voivodeship by the Council of Ministers and shall be the official representative of the Council. Article 3. The Voivode shall be responsible for overseeing the process of implementation of laws and the federal budget and shall immediately inform the Council of Ministers about every irregularities and case of nonadherence to the laws. Article 4. The Sejmik of the Voivodeship (Sejmik Wojew贸dztwa) shall be the official legislative body of the Voivodeship and shall be elected by the citizens of the Voivodeship. Article 5. The Sejmik of the Voivodeship of each Voivodeship shall consist of 93 Councillors (m: Radny, f: Radna, pl: Radni). Article 6. The Sejmik of the Voivodeship may enact laws which are not in conflict with the exclusive competences of the Council of Ministers given in paragraph 搂2.b of the Subsection II of Article 6 of the Constitution of the Republic of Valruzia. Article 7. The laws of the Sejmik of the Voivodeship may be overruled by the Voivode at his discretion if he believes that they are not in compliance with the competences of the Sejmik of the Voivodeship. Article 8. The decision of the Voivode of repealing the laws enacted by the Sejmik may be repealed by the Sejm of the Republic of Valruzia with a simple majority. Article 9. The second highest level of the administrative subdivision are Counties (s: Powiat, pl: Powiaty). Article 10. The County shall be represented by Starosta elected by the citizens of each county. Article 11. Cities of: Nowogard, Pastarnia, Brza艅sk, D膮bik, Bewierz贸w, Jeziorne Sady, Hel, Gryfit贸w, Garnacgrad, Szymonice, Trebegowice, Kni艅sk, Uniat贸w, Blatunowice, Szary Kamie艅 and Sztolniaty are given the status of Cities with the status of a County and are represented by their elected Presidents.
