The Revolutionary Anarcho-communist Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Baltusia.

These budget changes will mean that
1 mental, child, and OAP care will be free or subsidised
2 that schools will be able to teach smaller classes in less formal attitudes and will suppport teacher training for a more progressive education system
3 that schools and hospitals will have better tech and research of medicine is better funded and also so that teachers will receive better training and pay
