Message | I disagree with articles one and two. In the case ofa national emergency a curfew may be essential in keeping the population safe; as for prisoners, they have commited crimes against the population, the population is paying for them to remain in prison in order to keep the populace safe why should we pay the prisoners for work they are doing for the community? |
