| A change to the way the nation runs and pays for electricity, gas and other energy resources. This is a response to high government expenses and large deficit which the LC had promised to reduced. This bill will allow gradual removal of state expense and the allowance of the private sector to flourish which creates a stronger economy. This bill will not be a removal of regulations over the energy sector. |

| Message | The BA is being ridiculous, the government will bring these changes in gradually, working down from the top earners. This will also be very tightly regulated, with a price cap for those in the low to mid incomes. Also, any company whom was to bid for government contracts would do it on the basis that their first duty is to provide heat and light to every home, and if a resident cannot pay for such needs then the government will step in and pay. |
