| This is an OOC RP authorization bill. We need to approve such a bill before to proceed with any international RP, so that all the parties/players will be informed about that. I'm talking with the only active party with seats in Vorona to find a way to develop an RP and I'm inviting him to the Economic & Military Ranking. Voting in favor of this bill you will give authorization to develop an RP about tensions between Vorona and Istalia, the organization of a Air-Naval blockade against Vorona from part of Istalian Navy, a situation which could evolve into a war. Obviously such a thing needs that both the parties (we and the voronan party) agreed on the capabilities and force of the respective country and military, I'm waiting for the response of Vorona. If a war will unleash, and if he accept the E&M ranking, I will propose to him a period of occupation with the Voronan dedicated to fight the occupation forces with guerilla tactics. I have to debate with him about the Slavery (such an invasion in theory should eradicate the practice) and the invasion I think should proceed without too much problems given our military strengh. The only thing to know is if the Voronan players will accept the E&M Rankings. I will update you. About the conseguences, here in istalia I think we will have not any sort of internal conseguences (like USA which sends troops oversees) and the inactivation of some parties I think will not affect the RP here in Istalia (I'm quite sure that I will be active in future). Maybe this could generate pacifist protests or something like in the future. (For info about the E&M Rankings: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7366) To speed up the process, I would like to propose you to vote this bill just to be sure that here we support this RP. Then, we can vote future development with other RP Authorization bill. If the Voronan player would not accept the E&M rankings personally I prefer drop out the RP. I don't know how you relate with the E&M Rankings, but personally I'm a "nazi" in respecting it. I think that something like that is foundamental to develop realistic international RP. But if you decide to proceed however... I will assume a passive role and I will respect the will of the other players, but someone should take the control of the Istalian side of the RP in that case. I really hope the Voronan players will accept the E&M Ranking. |
