The populations of them are so equal that giving a whole representative for being a few people more seems unfair. For example, last term, Miktar received only 119 representatives, but the next closes province - Kordusia - has a population literally 3,746 more and yet had representation of 120. | Message | President, First, how realistic is it that there will be a stalemate? Lord forbid that there would be a government of national unity. Secondary, if this is a concern, why not make if 605.
