Bill: Sara Longworth Victory Speech

Details

Submitted by[?]: Democratic Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 4245

Description[?]:

"Thank you everyone who came out to vote for the Beluzia Liberals yesterday. You put our faith back into us and have returned us as largest party once again.

Just over a year ago, we thought we were dead. Kicked back into the long grass. It was a shame that liberal values were going to be extinguished just like that.

But you never stopped fighting. Never stopped campaigning. Every single night campaigners up and down the country got our message back out there. Spoke to people. Passed our liberal message from door to door, person to person and heart to heart.

For that, we now have the largest senator count we have EVER had, we have had the largest congress vote we have EVER had and we have had the largest presidential vote we have EVER had in both rounds.

For that, I have you to thank. You will help us have a higher chance in getting more economically sound and socially liberal policies through to help get Beluzia's economy back on track. We will work to repeal any illiberal policies. You can count on that!

We will not betray your trust, and we will not bow down to other parties. This one is for you. Thank you."

Sara Longworth,
Beluzia Liberals Leader

Random fact: Moderation will not approve a Cultural Protocol request within the first 48 hours of it being requested. This is in order to give other players a chance to query the proposed changes, if they wish to do so. Moderation may be approached for advice on a proposed change, but any advice proffered should always be understood under the provisio that no final decision will be made until at least 48 hours after the request has been formally submitted for approval.

Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn
