| Recently the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mordusia sent out this message: "1. Mordusian Citizens currently in Verona are required to return to Mordusia in the next week. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will cover all travel, cancellation fees and any other costs. 2. Peter White, Brianna Worsley and Charlotte Brighton, the Mordusian Ambassadors to Verona are to make no contact with Voronan Officials and are to return to Mordusia at once. 3. All Voronan Ambassadors are hereby expelled and the Voronan Embassy is to be shut down. 4. Any Mordusian who wishes to enter Vorona will be fined 100,000 MRD. 5. Voronan companies who wish to export their goods to Mordusia, shall pay a 50% fee to the Ministry of Trade and Industry 6. All Mordusian Trade that was to go to Vorona will now be redirected to Baltusia." ____________________________________________________________________________________________ In response, the government of Vorona will enforce the following policies with the passing of this bill: 1. Any Mordusian willing to migrate to Vorona will be given the equivalent of 100,000 MRD in DNT, and will have a less intensive, sped up border control process to enter Vorona more easily. 2. Any Mordusians wanting to leave Vorona shall undergo an assessment process, and require special permission from the Voronan Minister of Foreign Affairs. 3. Mordusian citizens setting up businesses in Vorona will be given a 'corporation tax deduction'. They will pay 10%, as opposed to the 20% typical corporations follow in Vorona. These policies are to be enforced as a counter-measure against a possible mass exodus of Mordusians. This will help keep Mordusians in Vorona, and assist them economically. Statement from President Hamill: "With Bill-A8 we prove to you, citizens of Mordusia, that we are the ones who really care for you. Not the tyrants who call themselves your representatives. Trust me when I say that Vorona will be a place of Economic growth and freedom for Mordusians. Mordusians who are sick and tired of the bureaucratic autocrats of your homeland, feel welcome to make Vorona your new home" |
