| In order to improve the efficiency of the Aldegar canal, renovation and improvements are required. Obviously, this has an associated cost and we expect it will amount to around 975 million ACR; the government will provide around 355 million ACR for the project between now and 4257. In the meantime, outside firms and governments will have to provide the rest of the funding. In order to ensure this happens, any firm or government which provides at least 35 million ACR will be entitled to access the 'special provision' with regard to the canal's tolls.
