Message | Mr Speaker, when the President proposed our cabinet to the legislature, he trusted us with reforming our education system. Both, SotRM and LDP believes it's essential. Here is pre-project I drafted. I urge other members of the Cabinet to take the floor in the debate, so we can come to conclusion that benefits our country. Firstly, proposition for all of the schools to follow National Curriculum. It does not mean, that private education institutions could not be teaching things that parents, pupils and the market demands, It only means that they will need to teach things, that we believe are essential for a citizen. Secondly, we propose change of Higher Education Tuition Policy. Instead of subsides it cost, we propose that government will introduce tested loans for student. Once they finish higher education and find job, they would be required to paid it back, but only when they achieve certain amount of earning, to ensure it will not damage their well being. It is just a draft, legislation is up to the debate. I am looking forward to hear both from the cabinet and the opposition. New Articles can be added, those propose can be changed.
