| Under the new Administration Act of 4246 several changes to the Administration Structure and Powers dealing with the rights of the citizens to elect Mayor's and the removal of the Titles of Nobilities. The issue and mandatory carrying of ID Cards by all Citizens including non-Nationals and the changing of classification of "Nationals" by the Government is also placed in this bill. |
