Bill: OOC: Explaining the games HoS vs HoG mechanics

Details

Submitted by[?]: НДПСМ

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4248

Description[?]:

When I came around to play in Trigunia, I intended it to make it a constitutional monarchy, and for most of my history in Trigunia, it has remained one. The Narodny Alyans za Demokratiyu introduced a bill that abolished the monarchy according to game mechanics. This game does not intend for multiple Heads of State. The monarch is the HoS and is unelected. The prime minister (or how he is officially called - the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers) is the HoG. I hope this has helped everyone understand the slightly confusing mechanics surrounding the HoS and HoG mechanics.

Random fact: Voters have an extra appreciation for bills that actually get passed, so if you want to maximally take profit from your votes, make sure you compromise with others.
