| By the virtue of this bill, the Supreme Inspectorate of Road Infrastructure (Naczelny Inspektorat Infrastruktury Drogowej - NIID) shall be established as the main body responsible for maintenance, construction, and modernization of the whole road network in the Republic of Valruzia. The Supreme Inspectorate of Road Infrastructure shall be an independent agency of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and shall closely co-operate with the ministry and shall be fully subordinate to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport which is responsible for the functioning of the NIID. The main role of the NIID shall be maintenance and expansion of the road network within the borders of the Republic of Valruzia. The NIID shall be run by the General Inspector appointed by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport. An individual may be removed from his/her post at the discretion of either the President of the Council of Ministers or Minister of Infrastructure and Transport. The NIID shall be responsible for the creation of road network expansion policies with adequacy to the general public's needs and with the accordance with the possibilities of the state's budget.
