Message | Ŝtatministro Diamando, Our party actually agrees with your proposal that only the Head of State can propose a cabinet - it makes sense to bring some semblance of order to proceedings in this Assembly; however, your plans for having citizenship exams and extending the powers of the nobility is a retrograde step and we strongly object and will therefore vote no to this bill.
