MessageIf you refuse to extradite people to countries that have cruel or inhumane punishment then those countries are not going to want to extradite prisoners back to us.

What they do to people once they are extradited is not our concern. They should have thought about that before the committed the crime. I will not support any measure that threatens our own internal security.
