Message | Article 1 will ensure our defence industries cannot be bought and and sabotaged by hostile governments. Article 2 will free up the military from civilian policing duties, to the more immediate matter of national defence, whilst allowing the police to call upon them in emergencies. Article 3 will ensure we won't end up being attacked by our own weapons. |

Message | How is it communist? If it was communist the state would own all national defence industries without any private ones. This bills clearly states that there will be private ones. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
