| This bill allows adults to purchase guns freely, so they are able to protect themselves from potential threats. The truth is that if someone wants to murder someone, they will be able to get their hands on a gun. Therefore, there is not much point having legislation that does not work. What we can do though, is allow individuals to be able to protect themselves from these maniacs. |

Old value:: Citizens may own any type of weapons, but certain types are restricted to designated places.
Current: Only certain types of weapons may be owned by the general public, and there are further restrictions on places where they may be carried.
Proposed: Citizens may own any type of weapon. They may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Weapon concealment.
Old value:: People must first obtain a permit in order to carry concealed weapons.
Current: Where weapons are carried, this must be done openly.
Proposed: Any legal weapon may be concealed when carried.

Old value:: Individuals are allowed to own firearms as long as they do not have a history of dangerous mental illness or a violent criminality.
