MessageMr. Speaker,

One must wonder why Mr. Wright et all of the Patriots Party should be so afraid of new elections. After all, if they are so patriotic as they are professing themselves to be, then surely they would be more than willing to hold elections so that the vacant quarter of our legislature can be filled.

I yield.

MessageMr Speaker,

One must wonder why the Green Party would like an election now considering they are a relatively new party with little or no visibility. It will surely be a disaster for them.

I yield.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Because we are a believer in democracy, we are a believer in representational government, which so long as there are nearly 100 empty seats we are not, and finally, and as a green party in a relatively conservative nation, we recognise that we are always going to be a marginal player in Luthori politics. Getting any seats in the Patriots House is a victory for us.

I yield.

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.
