Message | The Beluzian Cabinet as presented by His Lordship of the Throne of Parlos Decina, the President for the Beluzian Republic, and 3rd in line to the Emporor Zog, Prince William Charles Windsor. He presents this cabinet as recommended by his represented party the Beluzian Conservatives, in the confidence of the Windsor Family. You'll find this cabinet to hold the signatures of residents of the Castle of Parlos Decina, the royal family of Beluzia under the Windsor name, and with grace of the Zog. The Throne Speech was read as follows as the Parliament began its session: Dearest Members, It is with great pleasure that I, the President-elect, on behalf of the Republic, present to you a governing coalition and an agenda for the next session of Parliament. This cabinet was not made easily, we often discussed the inclussion of the Beluzian Moderates who hold the position of the Third Largest Party in Parliament. Due to an agreed alliance however such an inclusion would not be possible unless the Honourable Leader of the Beluzian Moderates signed his name under the Imperialists of Beluzia banner. Our number one concern is to get back in touch with the Imperial Roots of our nation by once more attempting to create a constitutional monarchy and re-open the ancient Beluzian Duma. I was elected upon those promises, and feel it my duty that the new Prime Minister and our cabinet follow suit if they choose. The constitutional ammendment would of course include a statute to reaffirm the Beluzian Republic under its Imperial name, the United Kingdom of Beluzia and Bailon. Henceforth the cabinet shall be put forward to be decided upon by the members of this house. the agenda attached is only a speech from myself and will not determine the agenda of the parliament, but instead lay out the major priority I have made and that I will be pursuing hopefully with the assistance of the members of our house. Without delay I open the voting to the cabinet of the next session of parliament, and hope that with your grace and knowledge we may be able to govern Beluzia in the way we have wanted. Imperialists unite, and elect this as your next cabinet. |

Message | Order, The member will use parliamentry language. Perhaps if he were willing to be in a compromising position he would not find himself excluded from the governing coalition. |

Message | If you feel that way, why vote for this cabinet? OCC: It seems stupid to require 3/4 vote for constitutional admendments, but 1/2 a cabinet. |
