Description[?]:

OOC: just noting the fact that these guys sent this message to us, no idea if everyonr got it. Figured we could debate it maybe?

IC:

To Narikatun and Darnussia from Istalia.

We are really sorrow to come to you to present this deprecable situation, but Istalian is facing falsehoods and lies attacking them from all side, and risking currently a war against beiteynu, who deployed its forces and declared to be ready to pass a bill to authorize military force against istalians in Badara: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&p=119162#p119162

In fact, Istalia, after a year of Badaran civil war, offered itself as neutral third party proposing:
- A ceasefire (accepted)
The start of negotiations in Romula between the parties (accepted)
And an humanitarian mission to rescue the refugees, also the humanitarian nation was supported by both the involved parties in conflict: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=531363 (please note the support expressed by the involved parties)

We asked support also to the security council to deal with this humanitarian emergency and support for the negotiations, with little or no response: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=7409&start=50#p118850

Then, all what you need to say is here:
http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7318&start=140#p119155
http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=15&p=119025#p118980
http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4118&start=480#p118986

It is clear that the Coalition accepted our proposal to organize this assoult and the persecution against istalian humanitarian personel: 237 died that day! 237 among doctors, nurses and support staff committed to establish the refugees camps and the safe zones around them as agreed with the Badaran Govenrment, a Government which was democratically expressed and which is now under attack of a terrorist group! Terrorist group openly supported by Beiteynu.

and now into the World Congress they pretend that Beiteynu should have the right to support a terrorist organization to undermine a legitime Govenrment while Istalia should have no right to deal with other nations, military, humanitarian, economic deals... Since when we should ask the permission of the world congress to develop our foreign policies, to establish deal of any kind with other government or send humanitarian missions?
They are saying that Istalia invaded Badara: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&p=119163#p119159 the first one is the newly elected to the Security council Rildanor, a nation which vision for the world congress is to bend it, supported by its allies, to persecuted nations like istalia which dare to stand against the unjustice and the human rights and that is working to protect human beings from the sufference of the war.
All this also when the representative of the Badaran Govenrment expressed several times the fact that istalia never conducted military actions and only bring humanitarian aid, with agreement of Badara itself:
http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7318&start=100#p118893
http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=7318&start=110#p118905

This is now the World Congress! A place where the terrorist are rewarded and who bring humanitarian support to refugees escaping the wars is attacked and smeared in such way...

Istalia will not remain to see Beiteynu or any other nations or terrorists attack our forces when they are defending civilians.
If beiteynu will attack istalian staff in Badara, Istalia will be forced to respond adeguately, this message is sent to you also to warn the other nations of the risk of a war in Majatra, a war that Istalia don't want, but in which we will fight if our citizens and men, and our own sovranity and autodetermination right will be infringed.
Furthermore, we are ready to support the Badaran Government, even if it is hold by communists and even if Badara is part of the Majatran Revolutionary Socialist Federation: Badaran people chosen into a unbiased and regular elections to support a communist government and they supported to adhere to the MRSF. If necessary we will defend the legitimacy of the Badara Governement, communists or not, because it was a democratic choice, beyond the ideologies for the democracy!

We sent you this message also to warn you of the risk of a large war in majatra.a war we don't want

Thank you.

MessageNiw they already expressed their opposition to thr communist government of badara and are ignoring the terrorism which undermine it and beiteynu which support the terrorism.
Could you be ready to bear witness on tjis into the WC?
Annd support us internationalky?
Badara government was chosen regularly through democratic way! they deserve to be protected by someone, the WC should do that, but now, it work for Rildanor and Co.

- Istalia upon being asked how we could help.
