| An Act to replace the currency of the RFSRB with Labour Vouchers. Article 1: All Badar currently in circulation shall be seized by the Federation of Assemblies to be distributed to whichever Assembly seeks to trade with the outside world. The current inflation will be set and will not be allowed to change. All external currency entering the country via export will be seized by the Federation of Assemblies and regarded the same as the Badar. Article 2: Workers will be given Labour Vouchers equal to the amount of social labour they have exerted, which can then be exchanged for commodities which have been made with an equal amount of social labour. This social labour value shall circulate around Socially Necessary Labour Time. Article 3:Labour Vouchers shall be destroyed upon use, preventing accumulation and a return to currency and capital. |
