| Message | This is the second time we present this bill to the convocation. The potential of this treaty was recognised by the vast majority of parties last time but fell just short of the necessary two-thirds of the legislature We hope this treaty, drafted by the PSS will open doors for us internationally. When we have established some good bilateral understandings with this bill we will then move to harder things such as military alliances etc if the convocation deems it necessary. The bill has been deliberately made as non-binding as possible in the hope that the convocation may see the merit without giving up our rights to pass any national laws. AM PSS asks all parties to give full and carefull consideration to their decision once more. |
