This outlines the line of succession for the Presidency and the Prime Minister in the event of either one of them being dead or incapacitated.

President and Commander-in-Chief:

The Prime Minister, the Secretary of State for Finance, the Secretary of State for Internal Affairs, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, the Secretary of State for Defence, the Secretary of State for Justice, the Secretary of State for Infrastructure and Transport, the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Services, the Secretary of State for Education and Culture, the Secretary of State for Science and Technology, the Secretary of State for Food and Agriculture, the Secretary of State for Environment and Tourism, the Leader of the Opposition, the Shadow Secretary of State for Finance, the Shadow Secretary of State for Internal Affairs, the Shadow Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, the Shadow Secretary of State for Defence, the Shadow Secretary of State for Justice, the Shadow Secretary of State for Infrastructure and Transport, the Shadow Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, the Shadow Secretary of State for Health and Social Services, the Shadow Secretary of State for Education and Culture, the Shadow Secretary of State for Science and Technology, the Shadow Secretary of State for Food and Agriculture, the Shadow Secretary of State for Environment and Tourism. In the event that all of those are incapacitated or dead then the largest party in congress nominates a member of Congress, if all those are dead or incapacitated then it falls to the next largest party to do so and so on. If all members of Congress are either dead in incapacitated then it falls to the governor of the state with the highest population, then the state with the second highest population and so on. If all the regional governors are either dead or incapacitated then the largest party in the state local government with the highest population nominates a candidate, if all of the members of that party in that regional government are dead or incapacitated then it falls to the next largest party and so on. If all the members of that regional government are dead or incapacitated then it falls to the regional government of the state with the next highest population to repeat the process and so on. If all the members of every regional government are also dead or incapacitated then the supreme court must nominate one of their own justices to take the role. If all members of the justices of the supreme court are either dead or incapacitated then it falls to the circuit court residing over the highest population to nominate one of their justices to take the role, if all of them are dead or incapacitated then it falls to the circuit court residing over the next highest number of people to do the same and so on. If all of the circuit court justices are dead or incapacitated then the process is repeated with the district courts. If every justice in the country is also dead or incapacitated then government is no longer has any legal authority, all law, including the constitution are no longer binding.

If all members of the justices of the supreme court are either dead or incapacitated then it falls to the circuit court residing over the highest population to nominate one of their justices to take the role, if all of them are dead or incapacitated then it falls to the circuit court residing over the next highest number of people to do the same and so on. If all of the circuit court justices are dead or incapacitated then the process is repeated with the district courts. If every justice in the country is also dead or incapacitated then the head of state nominates a civilian to fill the position.


In the event of both the President and the Prime Minister being dead or incapacitated priority is to be given to filling the role of the Presidency.
