Bill: Repeal of the (RP) Presidential Terms Act 4199

Details

Submitted by[?]: Secularist, Socialist Party of Baltusia

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4252

Description[?]:

Members of Congress,

I do not support Presidential term limits, at a fundamental level it shows a patronising distrust in the Baltusian people to recognise when it is time for a head of state to go. I propose that we repeal the Presidential Terms Act 4199 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=515233).
