Bill: Education Reform Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: United Worker's Front

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 4253

Description[?]:

While the state of Education in Solentia is far from dire, it is important to have a basis upon which to build. To strengthen the foundations of our National Education, the following items are hereby proposed:
1- The implementation of a large-scale training program to increase the Competency of all current Teachers and Professors and a more strict education process for all incoming.
2- Encouragement of participation in Solentian public schools. To do so, it may be prudent to enact a reward system which encourages academic achievement.
3- The lowering of College and University tuitions to make secondary education not a privilege only available to the rich, but a right available to all.

--------------
All items are to be procedurally implemented over a course of five years so as to not stretch our financial resources too thin.

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election.
