| Members of Congress, I propose that chemical and biological weapons are not used within our countries military and further more they are not allowed to be stored or created in this country. I am suggesting that we don't simply not use these horrendous weapons but that we also urge other nations to join with us in this decision. Is it really right that the use of land mines is more controlled than the use of chemical and biological weapons? I think not, these weapons are inhumane and we need to stop using them now.
