| Members of Congress, I propose that all children should be forced to go through vaccinations even if their parents don't consent. This proposal would of course not apply to those who have an allergy to the vaccinations. When one chooses to not get ones self vaccinated one is not just affecting ones self, one is affecting the health service and one is affecting the more venerable in the community who are unable to get vaccinated.
