This bill seek to renationalized every energy company in Hutori and re-create Energy Hutori
Provision:
Article 1: Every electricity Company in Hutori will be nationalized by the federal government.
Article 2: The state owned company called ''Energy Hutori'' will be re-create
Article 3: Energy Hutori will manage and own the electricity production in all Hutori.
Article 4 :Energy Hutori will be under the control of the ministry of Infrastructure and Transport .

It is of our opinion that energy provision would be most effective and organized if responsibility was delegated to the local governments.

We are against this bill. We are against growing the size of the central government, especially just for the sake of it.
