| Members of Congress, I propose that this house removes legislation which for years now has been hindering our ability to compete in the global food industry simply because the previous government were not aware of how harmless GM (genetically modified) crops are. GM crops can be larger juicier and can be grown in larger numbers. GM crops have never been shown to be bad for any human, in fact the producer will be able to put minerals and vitamins in, which will be good for the consumer.
