If employers refuses to give workers what they deserve, they are allowed to go on strike. But, this encourages workers to dismiss unionization and striking out of fear of losing their job. We cannot allow employers to treat their workers in such a way. |

Proposed: Employers can fire workers who are deemed to have gone on strike without reasonable reasons.
