| Baltusia's current legislation on airports is that it has some involvement and leaves the private sector with some involvement. I propose the following idea regarding airports and airlines. International Airports: - Villita International Airport, Located in South Vilita, Albiland Villita International Airport is Baltusia's largest airport in Baltusia and was created in 4205, it was recently upgraded in 4251. It is owned 59% by International Infrastructure Baltusia and 41% by the Baltusian Government. It caters for cargo and passenger flights. It is the hub for Baltusian flagship carrier 'Iberia Baltusian'. - Costa De Oro International Airport, Located in Costa De Oro, Athosia Costa De Oro International Airport is Baltusia's second largest airport. It was created in 4175 and was upgraded in 4220. It is owned 53% by Burgmuller Corporation and 47% by the Baltusian Government. It caters for cargo and passenger flights. It is the hub for luxury airline 'Bluesky Airways' or 'Cieloazul'. - Rokkavilla International Airport, Located in East Rokkavilla, Terrarokka Rokkavilla International Airport is Baltusia's third largest airport. It was created in 4090 following the victory of communist President Robert Gibb after the Baltusian civil war. It has not been upgraded since. It is owned 100% by the Baltusian Government and comes under the control of the Secretary for Infrastructure and Transport within the Baltusian Government. It caters for cargo, passenger and military flights. It is the hub for the low-cost Baltusian Government airline 'Lion Baltusia'. International Airlines: - Iberia Airlines Baltusia Founded in 4100, Iberia Airlines is a 4-star airline, with an excellent safety record and large destination list. It is the airline that the average middle class Baltusian will fly, often to holiday destinations. -Bluesky Airways Founded in 4250, Bluesky Airways is a 5-star airline, with an excellent safety record but fairly small destination list. It flies mainly to nations in Seleya. It is the airline that many businesses choose to fly their employees on and upper-class Baltusians will often fly with Bluesky. -Lion Baltusia Founded in 4080 as a 'communist' airline, it is a modern-day low-cost airline with a good safety record and a medium-sized destination list. It flies across the Terra. It is the airline that many working-class fly with on cheap-package holiday deals. It was owned by the Baltusian Government until 4115 when it came into the hands of Lion Group Seleya. |
