This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| After the glorious results of this last election has left the National Liberal Party the largest party in our Assembly, we are proposing to create a new cabinet to better serve our republic on the path to self-determination and independence. |

As per the Constitution, the Cakaniye Cumhuriyeti Başkanı (President of the Jakanian Republic) chairs the cabinet.

The responsibilites of Foreign Affairs will be conducted by the 
Sosyaldemokrat Halkçı Parti

The responsibilites of Internal Affairs will be conducted by the Sosyaldemokrat Halkçı Parti
Article 4
The responsibilites of Finance will be conducted by the Ulusal Liberal Parti
Article 5
The responsibilites of Defence will be conducted by the Sosyaldemokrat Halkçı Parti
Article 6
The responsibilites of Justice will be conducted by the Ulusal Liberal Parti
Article 7
The responsibilites of Infrastructure and Transport will be conducted by the Sosyaldemokrat Halkçı Parti
Article 8
