Bill: HADA Act 1.2 of Jan. 4255

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hutori Freedom Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 4256

Description[?]:

***We are proud and honored to announce this bill has been written together between members of the Hutori Freedom Party and former President of Hutori and Leader of the National Progress Party, Madame President Emily Hamilton. ***

These are the guideline we propose:

-Nuclear weapons can only be used in time of war

-Nuclear weapons can only be used against a country that we are in war with.

-Nuclear weapon shall only be used if it is the solution that would cause the least death at ending the war.

-Nuclear weapon shall never be use inside the Hutorian territory or near the Hutorian border

-If a country attacks Hutori with nuclear weapons, chemical weapons or biological weapons first, Hutori will automatically declare war against the offending country unless the senate states otherwise.

Allowing the law to mandate a chemical, nuclear or biological attack to occur first before we could even consider the use of a nuclear weapon is unwise, and highly criticized by top military officers. Our guidelines above will be followed and be the law, but we should stop handcuffing ourselves by taking a preemptive strike off the table, if it met all the aforementioned guidelines. This bill will allow us to maintain Peace through Strength.

We ask for your votes to help keep Hutori and her people safe.

-Hutori Freedom Party & Madame President Emily Hamilton & Senator Gregory McLaughlin (F-AD)
Federalist Senate Leader

MessageMr. Speaker,

What about retaliatory strikes? If our government is incapacitated by a preemptive first strike can we not strike back without a declaration of war?

Mr. McLaughlin has bring a good point here. If country attack us we should be able to defend ourselves. I propose to add another guideline: ''If a country attack Hutori with nuclear weapons, chemical weapons or biological weapons, Hutori will automaticly declare war agains't this country unless the senate state otherwise''
