| The Senate hereby declares that it shall trigger a referendum upon the decision over whether Cildania should have an hereditary or elected Head of State. These will be the rules of the referendum: - The result of the referendum is legally binding. The Senate cannot reverse the result or prevent it from happening. Any attempt to do so would be undemocratic and unconstitutional. - The referendum will take place in May 4257. - The Senate will still have the authority to choose a suitable candidate for the Monarch, and a suitable title. |

| Message | Since the Coalition, the ACP and the Conservatives have not given me their figures, I have had to guess. I have put the Coalition, who I know are monarchists at 85-15 in favour. I do not know if the ACP are pro or against so I have placed them at 50-50. For the Conservatives, I have placed them at 60-40 against as they voted against the referendum happening in the first place. Also, as I have been fluxing my numbers to simulate a poll, I can tell you that the PLNQ stats have closed polling at 47-53 against the monarchy. Below are the results of the Referendum.
