UNDERSTANDING the current educational system in Beiteynu is inherently biased towards the rich OBSERVING the working class and national minorities of Beiteynu receive little to no education or assistance in integrating FURTHER OBSERVING this gross educational inequality is caused by the full privatization of Beiteynu's educational system CONCLUDES that Public Educational Institutes must be established with the oversight of unbiased, meritocratic appointments of skilled teachers who will assist in providing an enriching education to people of all ages, regardless of age. These institutions will be fully funded by the government and will all be outfitted with a basic library, assembly room, and several classrooms. |
