MessageThere is some I agree on, like the foreign worker one, but this goes deeply against worker's rights

MessageIt doesn't go against worker's rights at all. It just says that government won't get involved in worker's rights. And anyway, what about the rights of the employer? Do they get ignored? Your intolerance of anyone who isn't a worker is most disturbing.

MessageI think to have a good economy you need both capitalist and socialist ideas. Only thinking one way is very damaging.

MessageWhat does this bill do to help the employer anyway?

MessageThis bill helps the employer two ways. Firstly, it rids us of positive discrimination. It allows the employer to choose applicants based upon their qualifications and their merits. Secondly, it allows employers not to be fully undermined by striking. We recognise that striking is a necessary part of maintaining workers' rights. However, in extreme cases it may be necessary for the employer to fire workers who are now not being productive, and are damaging the employer's livelihood.

MessageArticle 1: it's not our business. Article 2: only critical industries in critical circumstances would be nationalized. For example, if all the water companies somehow fall, we must temporarily provide water and slowly transition it back to the private sector. Article 3: monopolies aren't free market. At all. They reduce quality and increase prices because there is no competition. Article 4: agreed. Article 5: agreed. Article 6: this allows employers to become corrupt and fire every worker that goes on strike, even with good reason, but if the employer says there's no reason then he simply fired them. Article 7: agreed. Article 8: agreed. Article 9: they should be legal but not totally unregulated. We must provide minimal regulation to prevent fraud and protect stability. Article 10: we shouldn't be dictating their strike policy. That's against the free market. Article 11: agreed.

MessageEnforcing regulation that prevents monopolies means interfering in the market, thus not being a free market. The creation of monopolies is free market as the government is not intervening in their creation.

MessageIn order for a market to be free there must be no monopolies. The free market is all about competition, improved quality, and decreased cost. Monopolies challenge every aspect of that.

MessageYou are regulating monopolies. That is interventionist. Therefore your proposal is not a free market.
