This bill asks for an amendment to the constitution. I requires two thirds of the legislature to vote in favour.

Article X- Every party in Congress shall be entitled to appoint a judge to the Baltusian Constitutional Court. In cases where there is a tie on the Court, the case shall be reheard. If, upon the rehearing of a case, the verdict is tied, it shall be ruled by the judge appointed by the party which is in control of the department of justice at the time the voting begins.
