| GATHERING OF THE NATION Free Kingdom of Hawu Mumenhes [I. PREAMBLE] Initiating our party's method of "Petrisist Workerization", we, the Petrisist People's Front proposes this bill as our first stepping stone for our program. [II. ARTICLES] Art. ONE: In the view of syndicalism, the workers shall govern as syndicates thus giving the Democratic Worker's Council (DCW) sociopolitical power over industries in sepats to consult them to practice workplace democracy. Art. TWO: As communists, we like to practice Soviet democracy thus giving the DCWs to involve on federal issues and their decisions backed by workers. Art. THREE: Strengthening the syndicates, the mayoral councils shall be the collective mayors and be elected in a 72-month term. [III.
