(This bill was proposed by the minster of Foreign Affairs Alex Clarke)
Every country should have the right to build a embassy in Hutori without having to go through unnecessary bureaucracy. This will help us to improve our international relation without costing us anything
Provision;
Article 1)By the passage of the bill, every country in Terra will have the right to establish a embassy in Hutori.
Article 2) If a foreign country that already have a embassy on hutorian soil wish to establish a second embassy they will need the approval of the Foreign Affairs ministry before doing so.
Articel 3.1) Every country in Terra will ahve right to name a official ambassador in Hutori.
Article 3.2) There shall be only one official ambassador per country. No country can have more than one ambassador.
Article 3.3) Only the official ambassadors will receive the diplomatic immunity.
