(This bill was proposed by the Prime Minister Alex McKane) Democracy is at the base the hutorian society and we have no right to take away the vote of someone just because we judge that he doesn't deserve it. Even if prisoners have commited crimes that doesn't mean their are not part of our society anymore. Criminals or not, their opinion is still valuable and must be taken in consideration. |

Old value:: Criminals released from jail are allowed to vote.
Current: Criminals who are charged with minor crimes are eligable to vote, others charged with serious crimes are not.
Proposed: Criminals are always allowed to vote, regardless of whether they are in jail or not.
