Message | Mr. Speaker, Government should not be involved in religion whatsoever. This is a blatant overreach by the government and a place where they government should not be involved to maintain it's secularism. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, This is not government overreach, as The Federalist Party has stated. The first and foremost responsibility of government is the safety of its citizens. Allowing people to come here unchecked and un-vetted, even if for religious reasons, is reckless and irresponsible. "Trust but verify" -Hutori Freedom Party |
Date | 18:18:07, August 25, 2017 CET | From | Federal Heritage Party of Hutori | To | Debating the Foreign Missionaries Act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, The HFP is thoroughly misinformed as to what this bill will do. Foreign Missionaries are already subjected to the same security checks as all other foreign visitors. This will require religious missionaries to go above and beyond the standard set for everyone else to register with the foreign affairs ministry to essentially be tracked. This is the very definition of government overreach it is requiring a select few to be singled out for additional regulation based purely on religious belief and foreign nationality. Not only is it government overreach but, it is discrimination pure and simple. |
