The books, articles and other materials owned by the public libraries of Lodamun should be digitalized and made available on the internet where our citizen will be able to search through and read the corpus via the use of a personal login. This service should be free for online reading. And if the user wishes to print or copy the material the should only be the compensation for the copyright holders. The work will be put on the national budget over a period of 8 years. |
