It is proposed that Lodamun create a CCR and provide all citizens with a digital signature that will be just as valid as a handwritten one. §1 The Central Citizen Registry (CCR) will contain the following data about the citizens of Lodamun: Birthdate, birthplace, names of parents, current address and CCR Identification number. §2 All Citizens of Lodamun must have a CCR Identification number. §3 Information in the CCR is classified. Only government institutions and the citizen in question will have access to the information. §4 The government provides all citizens to have come of age with a digital signature that will be just as valid as a handwritten one. |
