Description[?]:
As of April 22, 4262 a state of war exists between our nation and the Kingdom of Kazulia. We have had to act to preserve our national identity and culture and to protect Hulstrian citizens living over the border. We expect all parties to support our efforts and any attempt to assist the enemy will be treated as sedition. As Supreme Commander I have ultimate command over the Reichswehr but delegate strategic duties as such: Our army has been divided into two Army Groups: Army Group A operating from Budenlar under the command of General Gerhard Loswittel; Army Group B is operating from Hulstria and is commanded by General Manfried Lapsburg. The imperial Navy is commanded by Admiral Volkar von Wettel and the Imperial Airforce is under the command of Marshal Herzog Luca Simmer II. At this time I also mobilise our reserve force of nearly 200,000 men and ask volunteers of all ages to come forward. This reserve force will be under the command of General Lothar Auswippin. I also ask for several thousand Class C citizens to be moved to strategically important locations around the country to be used as human shields should it be necessary. It is time to do our duty for Greater Hulstria! Reichskanzler Heinrich Otto-Mann |
