Introduction

After deliberations and extensive negotiations with istalia the Defense Ministry has decided to progress to Phase IIb for the Modernization of the Navy.

The Ministry of Defense needs at minimum 5.5 Billion to maintain and pay the wages of its personnel. The Ministry of Defense after years of a surplus Defense budget has decided to use the fund to procure with the help of Istalia:

4 Gul-class Guided missile destroyers
9 Bharata-class frigates
10 Joshi-class frigates
3 Dotuya-class Replenishment Oiler & Repair ships

Conclusion

The Ministry will use the slush fund of 80 Billion MCR it has acquired to pay for the ships.
