Old value:: The nation reserves the right to use chemical or biological weapons in warfare for any reason.
Current: The nation shall never use chemical or biological weaponry in warfare.
Proposed: The nation shall never use chemical or biological weapons in warfare unless another nation uses them first.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The nation's policy on the separation of the police and the military.
Old value:: The military acts as a de-facto police force, with powers of arrest.
Current: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies.
Proposed: A civilian police force is in place and the military may be called in to help in serious emergencies.

Old value:: There shall be no mandatory military or civilian national service.
Current: All adults upon completion of schooling can be required in times of war to serve a term in the military.

Message | the CPP believes that having national service is vital. We too believe in peace. We do not wish to have a professional military, because that will result in it being very focused on agression. If we are to use the military for civil duties too, we should include normal citizens too.. not just gun crazy volunteers |
