| Governing Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Gaduridos: The Governing Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Gaduridos will be made up of 15 Governors chosen by the President of the Union upon recommendation of the Minister of Finance to serve staggered 15 year terms in order to ensure continuity. Appointments can be overturned by a 2/3 vote in the Federal Assembly. Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Gaduridos: The Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Gaduridos will be chosen by the President of the Union upon recommendation of the Minister of Finance every 10 years or whenever a vacancy arises. Members of the Governing Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Gaduridos may stand as candidates. Appointments can be overturned by a 2/3 vote in the Federal Assembly. OOC: We do not have to RP the President appointing these people as the appointment of the Constitutional Court is enough hassle already! |
